About Company



1. The terms used in this regulations (hereinafter: „Regulations”) shall have the following meaning:

a. Publisher – the company Warszawskie Centrum Expo XXI Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter: EXPO XXI), with its seat in Warsaw (01-222) at 12/14 Prądzyńskiego Str., entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000021016, NIP: 5252152338, share capital: 6,306,000.00 PLN;
b. Subscriber – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality who ordered the Newsletter sending service;
c. Newsletter – the information sent periodically by the Publisher to the e-mail address provided by the Subscriber in the form of an electronic message (e-mail);
d. Subscription – the service of periodically sending the Newsletter by the Publisher to the Subscriber.


2. The Regulations define: the rules of the Subscription, rights and obligations of the Subscriber and the Publisher and the rules of processing by the Publisher personal data of Subscribers being natural persons.

3. The Newsletter Subscription is free and available to everyone, after activation of the service in accordance with point 6 of the Regulations. The Newsletter is sent periodically.

4. The Newsletter contains commercial information about the Publisher, especially the information about events organized by the Publisher.

5. It is forbidden to use by the Subscriber the Subscription in a manner contrary to the law, good practices or the Regulations, as well as providing illegal content by the Subscriber.

6. The Newsletter’s service is activated by following the three steps indicated below:
a. entering on the website an e-mail address to which the Subscriber wants to receive the Newsletter;
b. acceptance of the Regulations, which is available to the Subscribers free of charge in the form that allows to obtain it, play and record;
c. activation of the link contained in the e-mail message which is sent automatically to the address specified by the Subscriber during the registration process, in order to verify the correctness of the e-mail address provided on registration. Link activation is equivalent to signing a contract of the content specified in the Regulations.

7. Lack of verification of the Subscriber’s e-mail address results in deleting the provided data after 3 months from the date of their submission.

8. The use of the Newsletter by the Subscriber is conditional upon access to the Internet, having an active and correctly configured e-mail address and having any internet browser.

9. Each Newsletter contains information about the Publisher, a completed „subject” field, specifying the content of the e-mail and information about resignation from the Newsletter’s Subscription.

10. The Subscriber may unsubscribe from the Newsletter’s Subscription at any time. It may take place by providing an e-mail address (the same one, used during registration) on the webpage in the Newsletter’s tab, and later clicking on a link contained in an e-mail send automatically to the indicated e-mail address. Second way of resigning from the Subscription is clicking on the resignation link contained in every Newsletter and later sending an empty message to the email address: The resignation from the Newsletter’s Subscription may also take place by sending to the e-mail address: an empty message or a message with an information about resignation from the Subscription. In the cases referred above, the Subscriber shall be deleted from the Newsletter’s Subscription list.

11. The Publisher is not responsible for incorrect performance of the Newsletter Subscription caused by force majeure, failures resulting from the Subscriber’s fault or irregularities in the Subscriber’s computer system, the Subscriber’s quality of internet connection, failures of the devices of the Subscriber’s Internet service providers.

12. The Publisher without giving any reasons has the right to delete an incorrect or non-existent Subscriber’s e-mail address from the list of Subscribers.

13. The Publisher reserves the right to discontinue provision of the Newsletter sending service to all or individual Subscribers without giving any reason, after prior notification of the Subscribers (Subscriber) about this fact via an e-mail.

14. Complaints relating to the Subscription of the Newsletter shall be sent via e-mail to the following e-mail address: In the complaint should be described the problem in detail. Responses to the complaints will be provided within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint by an e-mail, to the address from which the complaint was received.

15. Administrator of the personal data provided during the Subscription to Newsletter is the Publisher. Provision of personal data in the form of an e-mail address in voluntary, but their absence prevents sending the Newsletter. The Subscriber’s personal data will be processed with the aim to send the Newsletter. The legal basis for processing of the personal data is concluded contract of the Subscription. The provided personal data will be kept for the period necessary to Subscription of the Newsletter.

16. Provision of personal data in the form of an e-mail address will be made available to the authorized employees and associates of the Publisher. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

17. Based on provided personal data, the Publisher will not take automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling.

18. The Subscriber has the right to access his personal data, demand their rectification, removal and processing restrictions. The Subscriber may object to the data processing, move his data or make a complaint to the supervisory authority.

19. The Publisher reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations without prior notification of the Subscribers. The current content of the Regulations will be presented on the website: Amendments to the Regulations enter into force on the date specified by the Publisher.
