Holding the event means organisational preparations, technical arrangements and commissioning services. Numerous questions and essential services arise at this stage. Once you arrive, the space will be supplied and maintained, and your ordered services will be provided by the Service Centre, additionally represented by duty hall managers. They are responsible for on-going supervision during the event, with specific emphasis on venue safety and security, the status and quality of services, and event participant comfort. They also provide assistance in the event of questions or queries.
If additional services are required during the event, these will only be provided if the venue has enough time and resources.
