Congress of Chefs and Restaurateurs, the annual celebration of gastronomy, will take place on October 8, 2024. The main themes of this year’s edition are Italian cuisine, restaurant management with a special emphasis on leadership, and the product as a key element of success. Recognizable speakers and renowned industry experts will take the stage.

Participants will gather to benefit from the educational part and explore the current offerings for HoReCa in the exhibition area. The opportunity to taste many products, including market novelties, is also an important advantage of this meeting. During the event, it is also possible to learn about the range of equipment for gastronomy.

What does it mean for food to be safe? Who in Poland is responsible for food health safety? Where can information about dangerous food products be found? What should be considered when purchasing food?

How can one ensure success in running a dietary catering service in Poland? What are the key factors influencing the development of a company in this sector?

What problems has the often overlooked branch of the gastronomy industry dealing with clinical nutrition been facing for years? What can be done to improve the quality of services provided in clinical collective nutrition? What changes should occur at the level of regulations concerning hospital nutrition and the continuous quality control of meals served by Polish and foreign companies providing such services in our country?

These are just some of the questions that will be answered during the Congress. Participation in the congress is free for chefs, restaurateurs, and cooks. Registration is mandatory. People outside the industry cannot attend the event.
