Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026

Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2026 is an international technology, education and networking event, organized in Warsaw for the 8th time by the Perspektywy Educational Foundation. The Summit is one of the largest events in Europe dedicated to women in technology, science, engineering and innovation.

The Summit is delivered as a large-scale, multi-zone event. It will feature conference stages, speaker sessions, expert debates, panel discussions, workshops, mentoring sessions, a career fair, partner zones, networking spaces, special events and technology showcases. The event will also include activities designed for different audience groups, including students, job seekers, technology professionals, leaders, experts, families and younger participants interested in science and technology.

Summit 2026 will include, among others, the Main Stage, Tech Stages, Science/Engineering Stage, Career Stage and thematic stages, as well as the Career Expo, Mentoring Zone, Women Leaders Zone, Money Talks, Nuclear Zone, Quantum Path, Space Path, Biotech Path, Garage Girls, LGBT+ Zone, Neurodiversity Zone, Nursing Room and STEAM Fun 4 Kids. The programme will focus on the key topics shaping the future: AI, cybersecurity, engineering, energy, quantum technologies, space, biotech, careers, leadership, finance, diversity, STEM education and responsible technology development.
