INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

What kind of personal data we are talking about?
In case of telephone contact the processed by us personal data include name, surname, name of job position and the name of business with which you are related to, phone number and e-mail address. Those data have been obtained by us from public sources (the Internet). In case we contact in relation to the contract the processed by us personal data include name, surname, name of job position and the name of business with which you are related to, phone number and e-mail address. Those data have been obtained by us from the business which you are related to. In case of signing up for our newsletter the personal data which we collect include your e-mail address. Providing an e-mail address is voluntary, but absence of it means that we will not be able to send you a newsletter.
 
 
Who will be the administrator of your personal data?
The administrator of the personal data is the company Warszawskie Centrum Expo XXI Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter: EXPO XXI), with its seat in Warsaw (01-222) at 12/14 Prądzyńskiego Str., entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000021016, NIP: 525-215-2338, share capital: 6,306,000.00 PLN, e-mail address:  expowawa@expoxxi.pl.
 
 
For what purpose we want to process your personal data?
Contacting you by telephone we would like to establish cooperation. In case of contact regarding concluded contract we process your personal data in order to perform it. Moreover we would like to be in touch with you and inform you about our upcoming fair events via our newsletter. Based on your personal data, we will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling.
 
 
What are the legal grounds for processing your personal data?
Each processing of your personal data must be based on a proper legal basis, in accordance with the applicable law. The legal basis for processing your personal data in case of presenting you an offer of establishing cooperation is placing your data in publically available sources, which we regard as consent to process your personal data with the aims related to your business activity. The legal basis for processing your personal data is also obtaining offer of cooperation for the sought-after services or for marketing of our services. The legal basis for processing of your personal data in the subject of concluded contract or newsletter subscription is that contract.
 
 
How long we will process your personal data?
Your data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn, if the basis for data processing is consent. This does not affect the legality of the processing carried out until the consent was withdrawn. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to implement the legitimate interests of Expo XXI in the form of conducting marketing of services offered by Expo XXI. In case of concluding a contract your personal data shall be processed for the time to perform the contract, and after that time for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. In case of subscribing for our newsletter your personal data will be processed until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
 
 
Who we can provide with your personal data?
We will share your personal data with our authorized employees and associates, and if it is necessary to our subcontractors. We will not pass your personal data to any third countries or international organizations.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You can also withdraw consent to process your personal data, object to processing, transfer your personal data or file a complaint to the supervisory authority.
